been an exciting week - arranged myself a new motorbike yesterday after 8 1/2 years out of the saddle, and then got home to find confirmation of press accreditation for both of us for Bramham Horse Trials in the letterbox! _________________ There is nothing in life that cannot be improved with either monkeys, pirates or ninjas NPU Member
It's a Suzuki V-Strom 650 GT (in black) - old man's bike according to some but my wrists, back and knees can't do racebikes these days, as much as I love them
I'm picking it up on the 12th and will be my first moby since 2000, can't wait! _________________ There is nothing in life that cannot be improved with either monkeys, pirates or ninjas NPU Member
yeah, similar sort of bike are you thinking of getting a transalp in addition to the goldwing?
next project for me (after sorting our kitchen) is to build a lean-to so the bike has a home _________________ There is nothing in life that cannot be improved with either monkeys, pirates or ninjas NPU Member

Goldwing wasn't mine - unfortunately as Teresa loved it, but at £28K was a shade on the expensive side. _________________ -----------------------------------------------------
that looks like nice a bike although frightening, one of my son's has a YAMAHA R6 which he spends all day cleaning. _________________ happy 50th birthday - motown records
