Have to admit I would have liked to see it more central, there's a light just getting in the way of the "spokes" from the hub.
Have you tried any of the noise reducing software, may help reduce the noise

Yeh think your right, Lol daft as it seams never noticed the light. Already ran it through the noise reduction software but still not to good, going to go back again this week when less people are about and have another go with my tripod and a long exposure. let you know how i get on.
