Has anyone had any good/bad experiences with using external labs for printing their digital photographs?
I've used the following:
Snapfish - not bad considering their prices but quite harsh on red tones. B&W very good.
Peak Imaging - excellent but not cheap. Worth using if wanting to print high quality, large batches could be pricey unless you're selling.
Photobox - not that great but cheap. OK for snapshots and gifts.
I'm looking at external suppliers rather than relying on my i9950 which is not cost effective if doing a lot of prints.
I'd be interested to hear what people's experience is with lab prints of their digi pics...
Cheers.

snapfish are ok for snaps. jessops now use them, and they're much better than jessop's previous suppliers, but you're going to get the odd funny print from them.
peak are awesome. i use them when failure isn't an option as you've already said they're not cheap, so they're not my first port of call for my racing orders.
i've had a canvas from foto.com and was very pleased with it.

foto.com did my A1 print...
