I think it may be a male/female problem. As a single bloke I am in the enviable position of indulging myself, for example, in requiring nothing more complicated to hang my clothes on than the floor. My ex-wife, on the other hand, had this incredible wash basket, hangers, wardrobe, drawer thing going on that seemed really unnecessarily complex and rather frustrating to me.
