Thank you I'm quite pleased with this result, looking to buy a license now that I am satosfied with the trial.

photomatix is worth every penny i have both the standalone and the plugin and tend to use the plugin more because it just fits in with my workflow better
that said, if you're not on cs3, then photomatix does a better job of merging hand-held shots better than cs2/earlier editions of ps
