Just joined today. I am an ex. Minolta film use who just recently upgraded to digital with the Sony Alpha 100.
I was in two minds whether to buy this or the Nikon D80 but made my decision based on having several Minolta lenses, which fit the Sony.
I have not been disappointed, the camera produces excellent clear images.
