Jail for photographing the police

and other members of the security forces

This bit made me laugh, because of course, if you were a terrorist, you would answer Yes to this question wouldn't you?

"The incident came less than a week after it was revealed that an amateur photographer was stopped in Cleveland by police officers when taking pictures of ships. The photographer was asked if he had any terrorism connections and told that his details would be kept on file."

Surely a modern mobile phone can take pretty good photos much more secretly and are the police going to wrench those from our hands next?

It's frightening what can happen in this country while doing perfectly innocent things.

2nd part of this show is about the law and taking shots in public. I've not listened to it yet, but have been told to make sure I do Smile
