Not sure about the sensual effect to it, it took me a while realise it was a stiletto.

I did wonder if they were too abstract, a case of I know what the subject is but it may look to others as random abstract rubbish.

I actually really like how it's just the heel of the shoe... I could tell right away. I don't feel like you've really nailed it yet with the arrangement of the lingerie, though...
Gives me some ideas to try.

Thanks Blue, I've been working all afternoon in the studio and (finally) come to the realisation that I need to spend a long time learning arranging (it's really hard). I wouldn't dream of boring you with the rubbish I've been taking, but there's been a whole lot of deleting going on here. I plan to spend the evening on this. I may switch to a white background. The bra in this picture is a pink and smoke grey jobbie, but I have a black basque and a red bra here to play with, which have great potential in B&W. I also bought a pair of velvet (less lighting hassle I hope) sandals today, so not short of stuff to learn with.

The last sanctuary for ineptitude, in this case, is to stick the macro lens on. I have no idea how many pictures I have taken this weekend and come up with zilch. Gnnnn. It has fostered a new respect for those who do window displays and arrange clothes/langerie. Respect!
