Got me a model (daughter down for the week), and trying to sort out the lights, but we had some fun- these straight from camera, no tweaks apart from conversion form RAW
That wireless release that I won on ebay for a tenner works wonders!!!! well worth it

Great to see you going here Dave, and great shots. I really like the first one especially as she just looks so at ease and natural. It's a cracker.
Only comment, which is probably unnecessary at this time, is the dark hair/dark background but it's still a great shot.

Thanks Keith, and the background comments is appreciated, it was only afterwards that I realised this "error", she has now gone back home, so no chance at this time to rectify.
The lights have 3 power settings, this was set to half power, this was with the softbox fitted and with slave to front left.
Was wondering about posting my trials when checking to see if all was working, but I don't make a pretty picture!
