Diane's Rose I took this picture this evening. I went out to get a few flowers to practice macro since the weather has been yukky! Hope you like and see an improvement from my last one.

Ah, just a minor correction, I am not very experienced in photography, only four of five years and only really serious for the last three when I got the D70. Before that I was concentrating on the stereo stuff with my Nikon Coolpix cameras and learning on my feet. But I still appreciate a nice picture.

I'm not sure about the tone of it, but composition is fab - the large out-of-focus petal at the front draws you into the centre of the flower. well done!
