Crystals.

This was a pretty tough subject to light and get a shot without all kinds of reflections and unwanted highlights. So I have to say I am pretty pleased to have got this and hope I haven't missed something. It was intended for a card to include the various healing qualities of the crystals for a friend. The finished card is below. I'm not sure why I chose the picture in the card, but the highlights added a little something I thought. What do you think?

Thanks a lot John. Starting to feel quite chuffed with myself. I actually got it in 18 shots, then tried some experiments. This being one of them.

I like the soft lighting from this. Very flattering to the crystals, especially the lighter / more colourful ones.

Thanks John, it was never going to be a shot I could use for its intended purpose, but it was certainly a good exercise.
