Bargain at Jessops?

Noticed a Canon kit for sale in Jessops, Glasgow but cannot remember the exact lens specification.

Canon 350D with x2 lenses, which were something like 17-70 & 70-200
Battery Grip

Price £615

Is this a bargain?

It would all depend on the quality of the lens
Grip is about £130 new
Canon EOS 350D Black + Canon EF-S 18-55mm Lens £399 new
Canon EF55-200mm F4.5/5.6 MK2 USM £179 new

So at first glance would appear to be a good deal, I'd check out what the lenses are first though.
