I'm on major catch-up at the moment.. These were taken during the last weekend of January. To be honest I'm quite surprised at these - it seems I've made so much progress during this year already that these look rather ordinary!
Just wait until I get some more up-to-date pics posted!

John do you put that down to more experience, the new camera or a combination of the 2?

Venom - bit of both. eye & technique has improved, but the new camera has also allowed me to push new boundaries creatively- stuff i'd never be able to get with the d70 because of the difference in fps and focus speed. The cam2000 autofocus system is supposed to be one of the best in the business and i can see why: it's rather nice
