Very nice shot and I think the tree helps, I have several shots of helicopters in the sky and they look bland, whereas I think the tree gives it a sense of location and place. _________________

tryed helicopter some time ago and yes it was bland no movement at all
The other thing worth mentioning is you could do some levels adjustment on the image, it has quite a space on the whilte end and adjusting that would lift the shot a lot. _________________
