Just saw this... but YAY, this is going to be so helpful to me. I am going out with a large group of women to a bar in mid-Feb, and we were going to begin the evening with a cocktail-theme photoshoot. I have been wracking my brain trying to think of how I could modify my speedlight without opening up a huge umbrella in the bar, LOL (trying to be a "little" bit discreet here, LOL, even though my speedlight going off will be sure to attract attention.)
